1. EXAM VOUCHERS (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Due to the sensitive nature of digital licensing and the immediate exposure of secure keys, all Exam Vouchers (including but not limited to CompTIA, EC-Council, PMI) are considered FINAL SALE.

  • 🚫 No Refunds or Exchanges: Once the voucher code has been successfully delivered to your registered email address or account dashboard, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • ✅ Validity Guarantee: We guarantee that every voucher is active and valid at the moment of delivery. If you encounter any technical error during the booking process on the exam provider's portal, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.

2. TRAINING TOOLS (Labs, Courseware, Practice)

We understand that study plans can change. We offer a limited refund window for digital learning products (e.g., CertMaster Learn, iLabs, Official E-books) under strict conditions:

  • ⏳ 15-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 Days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • 🔒 Condition of Return: The access key or license must remain UNREDEEMED and UNACTIVATED.

    • Important: We can verify the status of every code. If you have already activated the code on the vendor's platform (e.g., CompTIA SSO, EC-Council Aspen), the product is legally considered "consumed" and cannot be refunded.

3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

As an Authorized Partner, we adhere to strict verification protocols with exam providers.

  • Verification Process: Upon receiving your refund request, we must manually contact the vendor to confirm the license status and request deactivation.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 15 Business Days for this verification and refund process to be completed.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
